This was the first book I’ve read by Alex Nichols it did take me a while to get into it but I’m glad I stuck with it as it was a pretty decent read all round.

A virgin au pair and the captain of the pro water polo team sounds like some sort of dodgy over 18’s movie but that’s what this story involves obviously it’s not that seedy and there’s more to it. A single dad who has an affair with the au pair that turns to love but their HEA nearly doesn’t happen when Zack the dad almost leaves it too late to tell Uma the au pair how he really feels.

This was a quick fast paced read that was well written there was heart wrenching moments, funny moments and romantic moments it’s safe to say this book had a touch of it all.
